The Bullet Serenity Gel Hot/Cold Pack can be used for slight aches and pains as a hot or cold compress. To use as a hot pack, simply heat in microwave in microwavable container and cover completely with water at medium power setting for 30 seconds intervals, until reaching the required temperature. To use as a cold pack, place in the freezer for two hours. Each Bullet Serenity Gel Hot/Cold Pack includes printed instructions on the back.
